Our History:
Rising
Tide Web Design was founded by Randall Tate in 2005 and is
based in Duluth, Minnesota. We take our name from the
words of wisdom passed down from generation to generation of
ship captains. To minimize obstacles, a wise captain
always sets sail on a rising tide. Our company has set
