Canceling before the completion of the initial term requires payment of the remaining balance up to the full standard cost of the website ($3,800), minus any payments you've already made. We value long-term partnerships and hope to continue growing together.
We provide a 7-day grace period for all invoices. If payment isn't received within that time, a $25 late fee is applied. Consistent non-payment may lead to contract termination, and the full cost of the website will become due. We understand that situations arise, so please communicate with us to find a solution.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are emailed to you with a secure payment link. For subscription services, payments are automated monthly. For lump-sum projects, we prefer ACH bank transfers to minimize processing fees. Please note, we do not accept checks or money orders.
